Well finished it, I am going to add a little bit more. Redo the bg, add a villain.... maybe even add unkoil in the bg helping out, but for now this is good. Anyway... he manipulates ice. I tried to give ice powers a new looks. The blue and white is not really light, nor does it have a light source. It is the air being cooled to a liquid form then into ice... there are even snow speckles...

So any way let me know what you think.

Oh almost forgot it is 's hero that unkoil teams up with every so often. We originally made the heroes in CoH. Great place to great a superhero and really get into it.
